Try the following exercises and you will be sleeping like a baby again!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do yoga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga can have a positive effect on your night&#8217;s rest. There are plenty of exercises that you can do. Start with simple beginner ones. It is good to take a walk just&nbsp;<strong>before you go to bed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Go swimming<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, if your back is bothering you, but you still want to exercise,&nbsp;<strong>swimming is a great option.<\/strong>&nbsp;You not only build muscle, but you also burn calories. Many large muscles in your legs are used, including the hamstrings, gluteal muscles, and calves. It is an ideal way to&nbsp;<strong>burn energy<\/strong>&nbsp;before going to bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do burpees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The burpee is&nbsp;<strong>not the easiest exercise,<\/strong>&nbsp;but it is a good one to do since you use your whole body.
